Necessary Information for a Business License: The application for a business license should be filled in using block letters or by typing. You will need to provide a business name, a corporate name (if applicable) a physical location and square-footage for your business, a business mailing address, contact phone, fax and email. A description of your business activities and ownership type (sole proprietor, corporation, partnership, LLC or trust) will need to be given.
