How do you apply for your Lodi business tax certificate?

The City of Lodi has an online application which you will fill in and print. It is a short application where you will name your business, give owner and business contact information, and provide a physical address for your business. You will declare the type of ownership of your business, whether you are a sole proprietor, a part of a larger corporation, in a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) or Limited Liability Corporation (LLC). If applicable, you will need to provide your contractor’s license and/or your seller’s permit number. Once you have filled in your business information, you will print your application and return it to the City of Lodi Finance Department at 310 West Elm Street in Lodi along with a fee for general businesses or a different fee for manufacturers or auto dealers.
