C. file for the state Sales and Use Tax License through
the Department of Revenue online or downloading the

D. Obtain State issued permits and licenses (These
can be obtained by contacting the State of Wyoming

What type of questions will be asked on the
Sales and Use Tax License application?
While filing the Sales and Use Tax License, you can
expect to be asked the following:
• ownership name
• date business first started
• business entity (Corporation, General Partnership,
LLC. Etc.)

• list of owners names and addresses
