The conditions are: that your home occupation will not generate any traffic to or from your place of residence, that you will not hire employees other than family to work at your home occupation, that your business will not use more than 200 square feet of your home and/or garage, that only one commercial vehicle will be kept on your premises, and must be parked in your garage, and finally, that you will not list your residential address when advertising or printing material regarding your business. The third thing to be aware of is that you will be required to provide the name of your landlord, all applicable contact information, and a signature if you do not own your home. There is a non-refundable fee for processing a home occupation application.

You should be aware that you may be required to procure additional federal, state, and local approvals, permits, or licenses, as well as inspections prior to opening your business. Paying your fees and being issued a license does not alleviate you from running a business in compliance with laws and codes regarding operating your business.
