  8. Signature and date area

After fully completing your application, you need to sign and date it. Please note that your signature on the application denotes that you have read all the information, that you agree to comply with all federal, state, and/or local regulations, restrictions, codes and laws pertaining to business operation, and that all information that you have provided is true and accurate to your knowledge.
