Looking to open a business in Fullerton, CA?

Whether you are opening a new business, purchasing an already established business, changing the location of your established business or changing the activities associated with your business, you will need to apply for a business registration certificate. You can apply in person at the Business Registration Office at Fullerton City Hall, 303 West Commonwealth Avenue between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.
