Category Five requires a $2500 deposit, with a minimum of $2000 returned

- Tanning salon
- Acupuncturist that has onsite massage or acupressure therapy
- Adult-oriented book, merchandise, motion picture, live entertainment, modeling, and arcades
- Photo studios using live models

You can print a business license from the City of Inglewood website or you can request one in person at the City of Inglewood Finance Department Business License Division, 1 Manchester Boulevard, First Floor.
