If One of Us is Under the Age of Eighteen, Will We Be Permitted to Marry?
If either or both of the parties wishing to be married are under the age of 18, you will need a parental consent form and a birth certificate which bears both the names of your parents. If one of your parents has sole custody, an original custody order will need to be presented to the Court of Clerks. If one or both parents is deceased, you will need to bring a death certificate.
