The Contra Costa County Clerk-Recorder’s Office can be found at 555 Escobar Street, Martinez, CA 94553. Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Marriage license applications must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. The marriage license application is available in the Clerk-Recorder’s office, or you can submit an online marriage license application before you go.
