What should you do for a Missouri City Liquor License?
Step 1:
You will need an application as well as a personal history from the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC), they can be picked up at:

They will provide you an instruction booklet, ensure that you complete the application and personal history sheet in black ink only, otherwise it will be rejected.

Step 2:

Return the completed application and personal history sheet to the TABC Outpost. Upon receipt, the TABC office will begin your background check. After your background check the application will be given back to you. Once you have the application back you will be required to have it notarized.

Step 3:

You will need to remit the application and personal history to:

Step 4:

You must bring the applications to City Hall, a representative there will advise if any property inspections will be needed.

Next, you will need an interview with the TABC.
Step 5:
You will be required to contact the County Clerk’s office for a hearing with the County Judge.

Step 6:
You must go to the TABC office and pay the fees as designated by the County Judge. The final applications with all of the required signatures will be sent in, you are obligated to wait for your Liquor License to come to you in the mail before serving any alcohol.
