The assessment for a home application is a series of thirteen questions gathering information about your home business, such as the activities that you are conducing, how you plan to use your home as the base for your business, the number of employees and/or volunteers that will be working at your home business, whether you will be generating noises, smoke, vibrations, etc. as part of your business activities, and several other questions. Your signature also denotes that you understand that you may be required to obtain a special use permit from the Board of Adjustment before opening your home business.
