Where Can I Find Information About Eden Prairie, Minnesota Business Licenses?
The city of Eden Prairie does not license businesses. This does not alleviate any business owner from being current in all other local, state and federal licenses and permits. You will need to be in contact with the Minnesota Small Business Assistance Office by calling (651)556-8425 for information on any permits or licenses that your business may need. If your business is involved in any food handling, you will need to contact the Hennepin County Epidemiology & Environmental Health Department at (952)351-5200. There are some businesses that will require police approval. These busiensses include commercial kennels, businesses that plan to sell or serve alcohol (beer, 3.2 beer, liquor, wine, etc) and businesses that involve cigarette or tobacco sales.
