Before you can apply for a business license, you must apply for and obtain a Certificate of Occupancy from Muscogee County. When you submit your application you must pay a $30 processing fee. After you have your Certificate of Occupancy, you must obtain and complete the business license application, which is called the Request/ Renewal Form for Business Licenses.
