I am Looking for Information About Opening a Business in Waukesha, Wisconsin.  Where Can I Get a Business License?

What Information Will I Need to Complete a Waukesha, WI Business License?

The information that you will provide on your business license application will depend on they type of business license you are applying for.  There are  some general pieces of information that will be found on most business license applications and that information includes the following:

1. The name of the business
2. Physical and mailing address of business
3. Name of applicant and any additional owners or partners
4. Phone number of business and all owners
5. Current address of all owners and partners
6. Type of business: corporation, LLC, club, partnership or sole proprietor
7. Signature of applicant, manager, agent or owner

Will I Need Other Licenses or Permits for My Waukesha, WI Business?
