For residents of Amarillo, the most convenient location is the Potter County Clerk’s office, located at 900 S. Polk Street in Amarillo. The Potter County Clerk’s office is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Mondays through Fridays. You must appear together in person when you go to submit your marriage license application.
